Jo is a self-taught textile artist, specialising mainly in Free Motion Embroidery and Applique. After 13 years teaching Art, Design and Textiles in secondary schools  I took the leap and started my own business ‘Jo-Bo Designs’. Creating Free Motion art and gifts which can be found in a variety of shops as well as at the Monthly Sunday Supplement Market, I love being able to share my knowledge and skills with others through workshops.

 

I have been running workshops, hen parties and children’s craft parties for over 10 years. 

I absolutely love sharing my creativity with others through workshops, seeing people develop skills and confidence is the most rewarding thing.

 

I run sewing workshops, children’s sewing club, Knit and Natter and Home Education sessions at Cabbage Rose.
