Have you ever thought you would paint a clock for yourself? Here is your chance! Come and join us for this 3 hour workshop and design and paint a mandala clock.

Where: The Foxlowe Arts Centre, Leek

When: Saturday, 27th Sept, 2-5pm

You will go home with a beautiful clock and with the skills of mandala painting. You’ll learn how to use the dotting tools, what paint to use, and how to build up a mandala. We’ll be practicing different patterns and techniques.

This is a large project, the clock surface is 38 cm/ 15 inches in diameter.

You can choose a black or a white pre-painted and pre-drawn clock surface and design and paint your mandala. Once it dries you can add the clock mechanism at home and hang it to become the focal point of your home. And don’t worry, you’ll get all the instructions on how to put it together.

Biscuits, tea/ coffee will be available throughout the workshop.

Painting mandalas can provide several benefits including: significant stress reduction, improved focus and concentration, a sense of inner peace and balance, creative expression, mindfulness practice, and a way to access and process emotions.

There’ll be tea, coffee, juice and cakes available.
