Krafty Kids Workshop – Abstract ink painting

Description:
You’ll be making 3 different designs and then adding the finishing touches with different pens. We’ll be using black and white acrylic pens, a huge selection of Sharpies, gold and silver pens and the wonderful Posca pens as well. (If you’re into arts and crafts I’m sure you’ve heard of them.)

After demonstrating how to make an ink painting you’ll pick out the colours you’d like to use and make your own design! It will be abstract, so with this art form you never know what you’ll get 🙂 Ink dries quickly, in a couple of minutes, so you can start decorating your paintings straight away. You’ll decide on colours, shapes and forms. Every artwork will be different and unique!

This workshop is for you if you like to try new artistic things and like doodling and making up your own design. You’ll be going home with 3 ink paintings, more if there’s time. If you can’t finish decorating you can still take your ink paintings and finish them at home.

And there will be biscuits and juice as well. Yeeey!!!

To the parents:
This workshop is great for children 7 – 18.
Please make sure the children wear appropriate clothing. This ink colours and it might not come out of fabric or jewellery. I’ll provide them with gloves for the workshop.
