Folklaura Ceramics
Laura is the owner of Folklaura Ceramics and her home studio is based in the Staffordshire Moorlands.
She takes inspiration from local folklore and beliefs from different cultures and uses these tales and traditions in her creations.
She is a self-taught artist and loves to teach others the beauty of clay and what they can create. Laura teaches her workshops at the beautiful Cabbage Rose in Leek and also a magical cafe restaurant in Dimmingsdale- The Ramblers Retreat.
Laura is also the co-owner of Dog Training Revolution: a Leek Moorlands- based team of 2 behaviourists specialising in dog reactivity and human directed aggression.
Laura is best known for and specialises in dog and animal commission pieces (but many people know her for her gnomes!)
